TDLR and TSBPE public records, mirrored every night. We show exactly when each record was last verified.
What happens when a license expires?
The state's record flips to expired, you get an email right away, and the dashboard shows "State says expired." We never guess.
What if the state website is down?
We say "couldn't verify" and retry later — a failed check never marks anyone expired.
